AI Use Policy (DurusAi)
This Policy describes how the artificial-intelligence features branded "DurusAi" operate within "Kinobaza", a mobile marketplace application for castings and film-production services (Republic of Kazakhstan, access from age 18), what data is processed and transferred when you use them, and what limitations apply to these features. The operator of the features is J-19 group LLP (BIN 190540021304), Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Alatau district, Akbulak microdistrict, Sharipova St. 157, postal code 160600. The applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan governs this Policy.
1. Available AI features
The following "DurusAi" features are available in the application:
- Smart search — search based on a free-text query that you enter.
- "About me" description generation — creation of text about you based on the experience, skills, and goals you provide.
- AI assistant — a chat with artificial intelligence; the conversation history is stored on the server.
- Script analysis — AI processing of a script file that you upload.
2. How the AI features work
All AI requests are routed through our backend to third-party large language model providers. We use the following providers:
- Groq (USA);
- Google Gemini (USA);
- OpenRouter (USA).
Because these providers are located in the USA, using the AI features involves a cross-border transfer of data to the USA. The transfer takes place only to the extent necessary to process your request and generate a response.
To the best of our knowledge, under the API terms of the said providers, the data transferred to them is not used to train their models.
3. What data is transferred
When you use the AI features, the following is transferred to the third-party AI providers in the USA:
- the text you enter (for example, a search query, chat messages, details of your experience, skills, and goals);
- profile information that you have provided;
- uploaded script files.
By uploading a script file for analysis, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to that material and are entitled to transfer it for AI processing.
4. Consent to the use of data for AI
Consent to the use of your data for the operation of the AI features is given at registration, as a separate item within the consents. By using the AI features, you confirm that such consent has been provided.
5. Storage of AI feature data and its deletion
The AI assistant conversation history and script analysis results are stored on the server. This data is deleted together with your account when the account is deleted.
6. Limitations and disclaimer
- AI results may be inaccurate or incomplete.
- AI results do not constitute professional, legal, or other advice.
- Verify AI results before using them and do not rely on them as the sole source.
7. No automated decisions with legal effect
The platform does not make automated decisions that produce legal consequences for the user.
8. How to opt out of AI
Use of the AI features is voluntary. To opt out, simply do not use these features.
