Community and Content Guidelines
These Community and Content Guidelines (the "Guidelines") govern the posting of user-generated content and the conduct of users within the Kinobaza mobile application — a marketplace for casting and film production services (the "App"). The operator of the App is J-19 group LLP, BIN 190540021304, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Alatau district, Akbulak microdistrict, Sharipova St. 157, postal code 160600 (the "Platform", "we").
The App is intended solely for persons who have reached the age of 18. User-generated content includes talent profiles, media files, reviews, and messages. By using the App and posting any content in it, you agree to comply with these Guidelines.
These Guidelines are interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1. Community Principles
Kinobaza is a professional community that brings together members of the film industry. We strive to maintain a safe, respectful, and honest environment for all users. Members of the community are expected to:
- communicate respectfully and appropriately with all users;
- provide honest and accurate information about themselves and their services;
- respect the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- use the App solely for lawful purposes;
- interact with other members in good faith and responsibly.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
It is strictly prohibited to post, transmit, or distribute the content listed below in the App, as well as to engage in the conduct described:
2.1. Unlawful or Offensive Content
Content that violates the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as any offensive, degrading, or otherwise objectionable content.
2.2. Harassment, Threats, Incitement of Hatred
Harassment, stalking, intimidation, or threats directed at any person, as well as content that incites hatred or hostility on the basis of race, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
2.3. Fraud and Deception
Any fraudulent activity, deception, misrepresentation, dishonest financial offers, or attempts to obtain money or other benefits by deceptive means.
2.4. Fake Profiles and Impersonation
Creating fake profiles, using another person's identity, impersonating another individual or organization, or posting knowingly false information about oneself.
2.5. Posting Third Parties' Personal Data
Publishing the personal data of third parties without their consent, including contact details, images, and other information that allows a person to be identified.
2.6. Objectionable Sexual Content
Objectionable content of a sexual nature, including explicit materials, as well as any content that violates the requirements for permissible content in the App.
2.7. Spam
Mass, intrusive, unsolicited, or repetitive messages and posts, unauthorized advertising, and other forms of spam.
3. User Responsibility for Posted Content
The user bears full responsibility for any content they post, transmit, or distribute in the App. By posting content, the user confirms that they hold all rights necessary for its use and that such content does not violate these Guidelines, the rights of third parties, or the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Platform is not the author of user-generated content and is not responsible for content posted by users. At the same time, the Platform reserves the right to take action with respect to content that violates these Guidelines.
4. Moderation
The Platform has the right to moderate user-generated content. In particular, the Platform may:
- review, examine, and assess content posted by users;
- remove or restrict access to content that violates these Guidelines;
- issue warnings to users;
- restrict functionality, temporarily suspend, or block the accounts of users who violate these Guidelines.
The Platform applies automated and/or manual means of filtering and reviewing content. Moderation measures may be applied either as a result of a review or on the basis of complaints received.
5. Complaint Procedure
If you believe that any content or user conduct violates these Guidelines, you may submit a complaint in one of the following ways:
- using the "Report" function available directly in the App on the content card or user profile;
- by sending a message to the email address J19europe01@gmail.com.
5.1. Information to Include in a Complaint
For prompt handling of a complaint, it is recommended to provide:
- a description of the content or conduct being reported;
- information that allows the relevant content or user to be identified (for example, a link, profile name, or screenshot);
- the reason for the complaint and which rule you believe has been violated;
- your contact details for feedback (if necessary).
5.2. Response Times
Complaints regarding offensive or objectionable content are reviewed within 24 hours. As a result of the review, the infringing content is removed and, where necessary, the user is blocked.
Other inquiries are reviewed within 30 days.
5.3. Measures Following a Complaint
Following the review of a complaint, the Platform may, in particular, apply the following measures:
- removal of the infringing content;
- issuance of a warning to the user;
- restriction of functionality, temporary suspension, or blocking of the user's account.
6. Blocking Other Users
Each user may independently block another user using the corresponding "Block" function in the App. Once blocked, the blocked user will be unable to interact with you in the App, including sending you messages. Using the block function does not replace submitting a complaint in the event of a violation of these Guidelines.
7. Zero-Tolerance Policy
The Platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward offensive content and abusive users. Content and conduct that violate these Guidelines are not permitted. With respect to users who post offensive or objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior, the Platform reserves the right to take immediate action, up to and including removal of content and blocking of the account without prior warning.
